Season 7 Finale...Dead Doll...?

After a season long lead up to the reveal of the Mini Crime Scene Killer, an anticlimactic episode...

In a word...

Booooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooring...

The only high point for me was seeing Sara pinned under the car at the end and since it hasn't been publicized as to whether Jorja Fox has re-signed for Season 8 I could imagine that this could finally be the end for the character Sara Sidle...

Say it with me: Character death can be a GOOD thing...

As for Griss, the human heart is resiliant...He'll be just fine without her...

And now that Griss and Heather have reconnected and he helped her to heal from Zoe's death and he's helped her find her grand daughter, Allison, Heather can help him heal...Quid pro quo, if you will...

My greatest hope for this summer is that Jorja Fox be offered an astounding non-CSI:LV related project that will lure her away from any thoughts of re-signing for Season 8...

Preferably long term...Preferably lots of money...Preferably overseas...Preferably with a HOT real life love interest distraction for Jorja Fox thrown in for good measure to sweeten the pot...

I'm for anything that will make Jorja Fox' not re-signing to CSI:LV a happily no-brainer decision...

Then mebbe she'll be thrilled to embark on a new leg of her career...And I can be thrilled to enjoy watching the bowleggedsexiness that is Griss on CSI:LV...without Sara...AMEN...

Until next time,
ABS;)

The Domina Returns...

I have been patiently waiting for this episode forever...

I'm glad it survived rewrites and criticism and ranting and pouting from the LH-haters who were praying for Lady Heather to die by the end...Which, by the way, didn't happen because William Petersen wanted Heather alive...

As much as LH-haters might disapprove and try to minimize the effect Heather has on Griss, the fact remains that she is an interesting and plotworthy part of CSI canon...

Sorry...

Griss willingly dropped everything to run to Heather's side yet again...

Griss went out of his way to comfort and protect Heather yet again...

Griss unselfconsciously was affectionate with Heather yet again...

Griss spent the night at Heather's side without hiding that fact from his colleagues yet again...

Hmmm...

And Sara's feelings or lack thereof about his intent and actions regarding Heather weren't a significant factor yet again...

Have I mentioned that I adore the sexybowleggedness that is Griss?...

I just want to take this moment to clarify my position for the unitiated...

It is my opinion that anyone, man or woman, who consistantly persues a romance with someone who consistantly treats you in a fashion that you are not satisfied with, yet you continue to persue that same relationship with that same person anyway...Listen closely...

You are a clueless and pathetic idiot and any right for you to complain about the treatment you are receiving is recinded by virtue of your idiocy...

Given all of the above facts being CANON...And given that I think it's pretty obvious that Heather is a part of Griss' life that Sara had to find out about from Catherine and not Griss...And that William Petersen stated on The Early Show that Griss has strong feelings for Heather...I'll be hoping to see more of Heather next season...

Now that Griss has helped Heather heal emotionally by reuniting her with Zoe's daughter and since she's retired from The Dominion, there appears to be only one mionr obstacle to Griss and Heather getting together on an ongoing basis...

And if Jorja Fox doesn't sign on for season 8?...Minor obstacle removed...

I ain't mad atchya, Griss...Ya got laid while figuring out how to make things right with you and Heather again...So what?...A nice lathery hot shower will wash away the residue and leave you refreshed...

Don't forget to moisturize...

ABS;)

P. S. I'll bet getting squished by a car really sux...Hehehe...

Leaping Lizards...

Nice to see Ally Sheedy in an episode...I liked her back in the 80s...

This episode reminded me a bit of a few seasons back when Grissom was investigating another religious cult in a buried bunker in the desert with Catherine...I've always loved his straw hat...LOL

It took me awhile to watch this episode due to a very hectic schedule recently, but I'm glad I saw it...

Ultimately, it didn't add much to the CSI subplot of GSR or to continuity, but it was a nice filler for a Thursday night...

Ending Happy...

I'm so bored with this season of CSI that I barely got through this episode...

I'm glad I watched, though...

It was sorta fun seeing most of the CSIs working in concert without the inevitable GSR anvil hanging over the heads of every viewer who watches without interest in Sara...
